How does the charging subscription work?

Pay $500 USD per month for charging at Xpert’s EV Charging. The subscription covers up to 5 vehicles and includes unlimited charging sessions within a shared allowance of 10,000 kWh per monthly billing period.

What does unlimited charging mean?

There is no limit on the number of charging sessions while energy remains in your plan’s monthly allowance. Total included energy is capped at 10,000 kWh across all covered vehicles. Unlimited sessions do not mean unlimited electricity.

Can I charge more than one vehicle?

Yes. One subscription covers up to 5 vehicles. All covered vehicles share the same 10,000 kWh monthly allowance; the allowance is not 10,000 kWh per vehicle. Contact us to confirm vehicle eligibility and how to add or change covered vehicles.

Where do I bring my vehicle?

Charging is provided in person at Xpert’s EV Charging. Email support@xpertclient.net for the charging address, opening hours and compatible connectors before visiting. Access to a third-party charging network is not included unless expressly confirmed in your subscription terms.

What happens when I reach 10,000 kWh?

Your included monthly energy allowance has been used. Contact us to confirm whether additional charging is available and any applicable charges before continuing. Confirm the billing reset date and treatment of unused energy when you subscribe.

How do I subscribe or get help?
