How to get started
Email us to confirm the charging location, operating hours, compatible vehicles and connectors. Arrange your subscription directly with Xpert’s EV Charging and confirm the activation date and access instructions before arriving to charge.
What your plan covers
The monthly plan covers up to 5 vehicles. Each charging session uses energy from the same 10,000 kWh allowance. The allowance is shared by the subscription, not multiplied by the number of vehicles. Unlimited sessions apply while included energy remains.
After the included allowance
Contact us to confirm the options and charges, if any, for charging beyond the monthly allowance. Confirm the allowance reset date, rollover rules and any additional fees before subscribing.

For subscription setup, vehicle questions, cancellations or billing support, email support@xpertclient.net. Review the subscription information and cancellation and refund information, and confirm your full service terms before payment.
